Track usage — see which skills, subagents, and workflows are running
The usage dashboard shows you how often skills, subagents, and workflows are being used — by you individually, or across your whole team.
When to use this
- You want to see which tools you use most in your own workflow
- You want to see which tools your team uses most
- You're identifying champions to involve in rollout or training
- You need to find teammates who may benefit from additional onboarding
Setup
- Open mySecond and navigate to Track → Usage.
- Review your own activity, or switch to the team view to see usage across all members.
- Filter to a specific person to see their individual activity.
How it works
The usage dashboard shows a count of skills, subagents, and workflows run. As an individual, you can see your own activity over time and identify which tools you rely on most. As a team lead or admin, you also get a global view across the account — which tools are getting the most use, who your most active users are, and who hasn't started yet. Use the per-person view to identify champions who can help teammates get started, and to find people who may need a nudge or a short onboarding session.
