The Problem

OKRs are either sandbagged (easy wins) or outputs masquerading as outcomes ("ship X" instead of "X drives Y"). Quarterly planning becomes a performance theater.

What You Get

  • Quality scoring (ambition, measurability, alignment, clarity)
  • Common mistake detection
  • Concrete rewrite suggestions
  • Output-to-outcome translation

Frequently Asked Questions

OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework. Objectives are qualitative goals (what you want to achieve). Key Results are quantitative measures (how you'll know you achieved it).

3-5 objectives per quarter, each with 2-4 key results. More than that dilutes focus. If everything is a priority, nothing is.

KPIs are ongoing health metrics you always track (revenue, churn). OKRs are time-bound goals for improvement. KPIs tell you how you're doing; OKRs tell you where you're going.
