OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework. Objectives are qualitative goals (what you want to achieve). Key Results are quantitative measures (how you'll know you achieved it).
3-5 objectives per quarter, each with 2-4 key results. More than that dilutes focus. If everything is a priority, nothing is.
KPIs are ongoing health metrics you always track (revenue, churn). OKRs are time-bound goals for improvement. KPIs tell you how you're doing; OKRs tell you where you're going.
