Integrations

Connect your product management tools directly to mySecond so Claude can read and act on your live data. No exports, no copy-pasting — just ask questions in plain English and get answers from your actual tools.

Integrations use the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — an open standard that lets Claude Code talk to external tools securely. Each integration connects through your vendor account with OAuth or API keys.

Connecting Tools Without MCP

Some tools don't have MCP servers yet. The most common gap for product managers is Zoom — there's no official MCP server for Zoom recordings or transcripts.

The workaround: Use Zapier or n8n to auto-save recordings to a folder Claude Code can read.

Zoom → Google Drive → Claude Code:

  1. Create a Zapier Zap: trigger on "New Recording in Zoom" → save to a Google Drive folder
  2. Point Claude Code at that folder (or mount it locally)
  3. Use /user-interview-analyzer or ask Claude to analyze the transcripts

This same pattern works for any tool that can export data to files — save to a folder, and Claude Code reads from it.
