Customize skills, subagents, and workflows
Edit any skill, subagent, or workflow in your PM OS so it matches how your company works (in this doc, "skill" is shorthand for skills, subagents, and workflows — the flow is the same for all three).
When to use this
- A skill needs to follow your company's framework, template, or terminology
- You want different output for a specific product, team, or use case
- The default doesn't fit how your team actually works
Customizing a skill
- Open the skill, subagent, or workflow's detail page in mySecond.
- Click the Customize button.
- Edit the file to match how you want it to run.
- Save your changes.
The next time you invoke that skill in Claude Code, it uses your version. Subagents and workflows work the same way.
How it works
When you click Customize, mySecond creates your own version of the file in your PM OS. Every subsequent invocation of that skill, subagent, or workflow uses your version instead of the default.
One trade-off: customized files no longer receive automatic updates from mysecond.ai. When the original gets improved, your version stays as you wrote it — because it's yours now.
You can revert to the mysecond.ai version at any time from the same detail page. Reverting replaces your version and re-enables automatic updates.
